The New York Mets have reached an agreement with Jon Rauch, according to a Tweet by Jim Duquette of MLB Network.  The deal is for 1-year at $3.5mm plus incentives and is pending a physical.

Rauch, 33, spent his only season with the Toronto Blue Jays in 2011 where he went 5-4 with a 4.85 ERA and had 11 saves.
