Although nothing appears imminent with Roy Oswalt, Jon Heyman of CBSSports.com says that the Boston Red Sox, Washington Nationals, Miami Marlins, Toronto Blue Jays, New York Yankees, Texas Rangers and the Minnesota Twins have interest in the veteran pitcher.

Kansas City Royals sign Yuniesky Betancourt

The Kansas City Royals have announced that they signed Yuniesky Betancourt to a one-year, Major Leageu contract. Rustin Dodd of the Kansas City Star adds that Betancourt’s base salary will be $2 million with an additional $500,000 in incentives based on playing time.

Rockies agree to terms with Casey Blake

The Colorado Rockies have announced (via general manager Dan O’Dowd) that they have agreed to terms with infielder Casey Blake on a one-year contract, pending a physical. The deal is a one-year $2mm (non-guaranteed) with an extra $1mm in incentives.

The St. Louis Cardinals are in discussions with Coco Crisp, Steve Henson of Yahoo Sports reports. The Cardinals would want Crisp to play center field and hit at the top of the order.

Official: Phillies re-sign Jimmy Rollins

The Phillies have re-signed shortstop Jimmy Rollins to a three-year, $33mm deal Jerry Crasnick of ESPN reports. The deal also includes a fourth year vesting option worth $11mm. The deal was officially announced on Monday.
Rollins had entered into the offseason seeking a five-year deal. The draw to return to Philly to win more championships eventually made him return for less years. “Gotta deal with me for 3 (4) more years!” Rollins wrote on Twitter signaling the deal was done.
Rollins had also received interest from the Brewers and Cardinals before he ultimately re-signed with the Phillies.
Rollins hit .268 in 142 games last season. Rollins earned $8.5mm last season. Breaking down the numbers, Rollins earned $55,921 for every hit, $97,701 for every run scored and $59,859 for every game he played in.

The fate of of Yu Darvish will be announced sometime tonight, agent Don Nomura said (via Danny Knobler of CBSSports.com). A time frame has not been established, Jon Paul Morosi of FOX Sports adds.

Diamondbacks sign Jason Kubel to two-year deal

The Arizona Diamondbacks have signed Jason Kubel to a two-year deal worth $15mm, Jon Heyman of CBS Sports reports. The deal also includes an option for a third year and is pending a physical.
Kubel is slated to take over left field duties, pushing Gerardo Parra into the fourth outfielder role.

Orioles sign Endy Chavez to one-year deal

The Orioles have signed Endy Chavez to a one-year $1.5mm deal, Dan Connolly of The Baltimore Sun reports. The deal also includes a total of $500k that Chavez can earn in unknown incentives.
Chavez hit .301 in 274 plate appearances for the Rangers in 2011. He played the entire outfield as he helped provide depth to in outfield that included injury prone Josh Hamilton and Nelson Cruz.
