According to Todd Zolecki of MLB.com, the Philadelphia Phillies have agreed to terms, pending physical, with right handed pitcher Dave Bush. He will report to Triple-A Lehigh Valley if he passes his physical.

Bush opted out of his contract with the Cubs earlier this week. Bush was 0-1 with a 5.71 ERA in 17 appearances for the Rangers. The 31-year-old has a career 56-69 record with a 4.70 career ERA.
