More than 40 scouts attended the game of Dante Bichette Jr., Troy Renck of the Denver Post reports.  Bichtte is projected to be a first-round draft pick this June, but he could also go to college. Junior signed a national letter of intent with the University of Georgia.

He may be best remembered for his August 2005 appearance in the Little League World Series with Maitland, Florida.

Bichette’s father played fourteen years in the Majors (seven with the Colorado Rockies).  While his dad mostly played in the outfielder during his Major League career, the younger Bichette is expected to play third base as a professional.
