The Houston Astros have agreed to a one-year, $4.4 million deal with outfielder Michael Bourn according to Brian McTaggart of MLB.com. The Astros and Bourn will avoid arbitration.
The 28-year old Bourn, hit .265/.341/.346 with 2 HR’s and 38 RBI’s in 535 AB’s with the Astros in 2010.

According to Gregor Chisholm of MLB.com, the Toronto Blue Jays have avoided the arbitration process with Brandon Morrow by agreeing to a $2.3 million deal.

According to Dan Connolly of the Baltimore Sun, the Orioles have agreed to a one-year, $985,000 deal with outfielder Felix Pie. The Orioles will avoid arbitration with this deal.
Pie, 25, hit .274 with 5 HR’s and 31 RBI’s in 288 AB’s with the Orioles in 2010.

In a Tweet by Jane Lee of MLB.com, she says the Oakland Atheltics have avoided arbitration with Dallas Braden and Conor Jackson by agreeing to one-year deals for $3.35 million and $3.32 million respectively.

The Washinton Nationals have agreed to a one-year deal with Michael Morse according to Adam Kilgore of the Washington Post. The Nationals will avoid arbitration with Morse with this contract.
Morse played in 98 games with the Nationals in 2010. He hit .289/.352/.519 with 15 HR’s and 41 RBI’s.

According to Joe Frisaro of MLB.com the Florida Marlins have agreed on a one-year deal with right handed pitcher Anibal Sanchez. Both sides will avoid arbitration with this deal.
The Venezuela native will earn $3.7 million plus $50,000 in bonuses according to ESPNDeportes Enrique Rojas.
Sanchez, 26, was 13-12 with a 3.55 ERA last year with the Marlins.

The Toronto Blue Jays have agreed on a two-year deal with outfielder Rajai Davis according to Jon Heyman of Sports Illustrated. Davis will make $2.5 million in 2011 and $2.75 million in 2012. Besides that the contract will include a club option for 2013 worth $3 million.
Davis played in 143 games in 2010 with the A’s. He hit .284 with 5 HR’s and 52 RBI’s in 525 AB’s
