Check out this scary video of Arizona Diamondbacks’ Mark Reynolds getting hit in the head by Washington Nationals’ right-handed pitcher Collin Balester on the night of Reynolds’ 27th birthday.

Reynolds was able to walk off the field under his own power, but has a black eye from the incident, according to Steve Gilbert of MLB.com.

“I don’t have a headache,” Reynolds said. “I’ve got a pretty good black eye. It makes me look better, doesn’t it?”
