Who are the potential trade chips for the Baltimore Orioles?

Dan Connolly of the Baltimore Sun looks at the potential trade chips of the Baltimore Orioles and he doesn’t see much.
Kevin Millwood: Millwood had potential in May, but he had a terrible June and now being on the disabled list doesn’t help his value. He could pass through waivers in August and be traded if he can pick it up.
Ty Wigginton: Wigginton has the most value from within the organization, but he may only be able to bring back a fringe prospect or two. The New York Yankees were hot on the infielder yesterday, and other teams could use his infield services.
Miguel Tejada: Tejada would have to be the right fit for a team to give up anything for him.
Will Ohman: Ohman has some value for a team looking for a lefty specialist.
Jeremy Guthrie and Luke Scott: Potential trade chips and both are under the team’s control next season.
Adam Jones, Matt Wieters, Brian Matusz, Nick Markakis, Jake Arrieta and Chris Tillman: Unlikely to be traded, but could get the most value if the Orioles decide to move them.
