According to Rob Bradford of WEEI, the Toronto Blue Jays have made three relievers available – Kevin Gregg, Jason Frasor and Scott Downs. Bradford notes that the Boston Red Sox could be candidates for one of these relievers and Blue Jays’ GM, Alex Anthopolous, has a willingness to deal within the American League East.

Gregg, who was first reported being available by Bob Elliot of the Toronto Sun, has converted 20 of 23 save opportunies. Gregg is signed to a $2.75 million deal this season.

Frasor, 32, is 3-2 with a 4.67 ERA in 30 appearances this season. He will become a free agent at the end of this year, and is being paid $2.65 million.

The left-hander, Downs, is making $4 million this season and has a 2.65 ERA. He’s particularly effective against left-handers, who are hitting just .208 against him.
