Tampa Bay Rays looking at Blue Jays LHP Scott Downs and Mariners RHP Brandon League
ByJoel Sherman of the New York Post tweets that the Tampa Bay Rays have interest in Toronto Blue Jays left-handed pitcher Scott Downs and Seattle Mariners right-handed pitcher Brandon League.
Sherman adds that the relief trade market is still high.
