San Diego Padres designate RHP Sean Gallagher for assignment
ByAccording to Dan Hayes of the North County Times, the San Diego Padres have designated right-handed pitcher Sean Gallagher for assignment.
Gallagher, 24, was 0-0 with a 5.40 ERA in 15 appearances for the Padres in 2010.
