Here are a few trade rumors to follow courtesy of Jon Paul Morosi of FOXSports:

• Despite trade rumors, Morosi doesn’t give high mark to Tampa Bay Rays BJ Upton – one strikeout per game since the start of last season and lackluster outfield play doesn’t help him.
• Cleveland Indians Kerry Wood is on the disabled list for a blister on his right index finger. This injury could complicate efforts to trade him.
• Chicago Cubs’ Aramis Ramirez has posted a .343/.395/.714 in 18 games since returning from the disabled list. His recent surge may be too late to established much of a trade value before the July 31st trade deadline.
• Houston Astros’ right-handed pitcher Brett Myers is priced to move with a $3 million contract this season and an $8 million option for 2011 ($2 million buyout).
