7/31 09:06: According to Joel Sherman of the New York Post, the Houston Astros are talking with teams about trading left-handed pitcher Wandy Rodriguez.

Earlier this morning, Ken Rosenthal of FOXSports mentioned that the Astros were fielder offers for both Rodriguez and right-handed pitcher Brett Myers. The White Sox explored the possibility of acquiring Myers yesterday. It was believed that the Astros were going to hold onto Myers since they traded Roy Oswalt to the Philadelphia Phillies. Myers is arguably the best right-handed starter available right now.
