Nick Cafardo of The Boston Globe says the Milwaukee Brewers would love to make pitcher Randy Wolf available. However, his poor performance this season won’t get many takers.

The Brewers signed Wolf to a three-year, $29 million deal this past December, so you can’t expect many takers with that much left on the contract. The team will need to eat up much of that in order to move him. With the recent release of Jeff Suppan and the $8 million owed to him, you shouldn’t expect the Brewers to give up on Wolf just yet.

Wolf is averaging 10.2 hits, 1.7 home runs and 4.5 walks per nine innings.
