6/21 19:33: WFAN says the New York Yankees have designated catcher Chad Moeller for assignment. In his place, the team has called up outfielder Colin Curtis.

Moeller, 35, was hitting .182 (2-for-11) with 1 walk. He started four games at catcher with the Yankees this season.
