Jon Heyman of Sports Illustrated says that Houston Astros first baseman Lance Berkman is willing to waive his no-trade trade clause if his 2011 team-option is picked up.  The 2011 option is worth $15 million.

Heyman believes no team will bite on this demand, but if Berkman drops this request, the Angels could be a possible destination.

Early in May, Berkman said he would be willing to waive his no-trade clause in the event that he was offered a trade to a contender.
