Jake Fox designated for assignment by Oakland Athletics
BySusan Slusser of the San Francisco Chronicle says that the Oakland Athletics have designated Jake Fox for assignment. Fox told Jane Lee of MLB.com that he was not too surprised by the move. “I never showed them what I can do,” he said.
Fox hit .264/.237/.591 in 38 games for the Athletics in 2010.
