Accorind to the MLB.com transactions page, the Chicago White Sox have trade minor league catcher Jared Price to the Oakland Athletics.
Price, 28, was originally drated by the Los Angeles Dodgers in the 7th round of the 2000 amateur entry draft. He was hitting .196/.268/.324 for Double-A Birmingham.
