Last night, the Phillies fans did not have much to cheer for as they lost 9-1 to the Mets. But in the first inning, Rod Barajas of the Mets hit a home run to deep left center field. The ball was caught by a Phillies fan who was theer with his family which included his infant daughter. Many baseball fans dream about going to a game and catching a home run ball. As this guy caught the ball, he was blasted with “Throw it back! Throw it back!” This is a chant that is heard around the country if the visiting team hits a home run, you are supposed to throw the ball back onto the field. Well instead of just throwing the ball back himself, he decided it was the right time to train his daughter in baseball 101 and had her throw the visiting home run ball back.
