Todd Zolecki of MLB.com says that the Philadelphia Phillies have signed right-handed pitcher Ty Taubenheim and right-handed pitcher Josh Fogg to Minor League deals.

Taubenheim, 27, has not pitched in the majors in 2008 with the Pittsburgh Pirates. He has a career 1-5 record in 14 games (9 starts) and a 5.09 ERA. You can see Taubenheim’s statistics here.

Fogg, 33, signed a Minor League deal with the Mets in January but was released on the 20th of March. He went 0-2 with a 3.74 ERA with the Rockies in 2009. You can see Fogg’s contract history and statistics here.
