According to the Washington Nationals (via Twitter), the team has signed right-handed pitcher Mike MacDougal to a Minor League deal with an invite to Spring Training.

MacDougal was released by the Florida Marlins on Tuesday morning.

MacDougal, 33, was 1-1 with a 3.60 ERA and had 20 saves for the Washington Nationals in 2009. You can see MacDougal’s contract details and statistics here.
