2/18 03:44: According to the Associated Press, Houston Astros’ left-handed pitcher Wandy Rodriguez and the team went to an arbitration hearing on Wednesday and the verdict is expected on today. Rodriguez is asking for $7 million and the Astros have offered $5 million.
Rodriguez, 31, was 14-12 with a 3.02 ERA in 33 starts with the Astros in 2009. He made $2.6 million last season. You can see Rodriguez’s contract history and statistics here.
