According to a team press release, the Baltimore Orioles have agreed to terms with RHP Jeremy Guthrie on a one-year contract, thus avoiding arbitration.

Guthrie, 31 in April, was 10-17 with 5.04 ERA in 33 starts with the Orioles in 2009. Terms of this deal were not available, but Guthrie made $650,000 last season. You can see Guthrie’s contract history and statistics here.
