Arturo Lopez clears waivers – returns to Mets

According to Adam Rubin of The New York Daily News, left-handed pitcher Arturo Lopez has cleared waivers and will return to the New York Mets camp as a non-roster invitee. Lopez had been designated for assignment by the Mets to make room for Rod Barajas.
