12/22 08:22am PST: Ken Rosenthal of Fox Sports reports that the deal is almost done pending a that both players pass a physical. The Blue Jays could use Brandon Morrow as a starter or a closer. The unknown prospect, likely a pitcher, could be the key to the deal according to Rosenthal.
