It was rumored yesterday, and now confirmed by Brain McTaggart, Astros beat writer for MLB.com, that the Houston Astros signed Pedro Feliz via Twitter.  The former San Francisco Giant and Philadelphia Phillies third baseman will be heading to Houston to take over the position that has been vacated by free agent Miguel Tejada.
